The apartment

Residence LEFT on Linkeroever Antwerp, has a lot to offer. Unique to this new residence is the presence of numerous communal spaces, such as a co-working space, a gym, a reception with bar, a large kitchen which can be rented for private occasions, a laundry room with professional washing machines and dryers (consumption to be charged via app). Any additional services such as ironing and cleaning service, maintenance service and car wash are offered for a fee.

Two large studios (37 &41 m2) are offered here, fully furnished with a generous covered terrace. Entrance and spacious living room with open kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher-oven-microwave,…). A luxury folding bed of 160x180cm allows you to sleep comfortably. Smart television is equipped with chromecast for Netflix. There is super fast internet ( fiber )available. A separate bathroom with sink and cabinet, shower and toilet makes the picture complete. There is no washing machine, you must use the professional laundry room in the basement. In the basement is a large storage room, where a bicycle is available free of charge for trips to downtown and the surrounding area.

The facilities

All residents may use the facilities in the building free of charge. These facilities include a gym, coworking space, a recreation room including a bar and a large kitchen that can be rented out for private events. In addition, other paid services will be offered such as ironing service, car sharing, fruit delivery and other options (anticipated from spring 2023).

The area

You are close to the center of Antwerp (3 km) which you can reach by taking the streetcar – stop is in front of the Left complex – by bike or by foot through the “Voetgangerstunnel.” In this vibrant city center there is something to do every day and night!

Need to relax? Within a very short distance from the apartment there is plenty of green space where you can relax or exercise.

Do you want to buy groceries or ready-made meals? There is a large Colruyt supermarket 100 meters from the apartment.

The car can be parked in the street, but 500 meters from there there is a park & ride parking with 1500 parking spaces (1€/day) and the possibility to charge electric cars (https://parkeren.be)

A new connecting road to the N49 makes a very easy connection to the Doel nuclear power plant and surrounding port industries.
